Got a great opportunity to Serve Lord Balaji for 4.5 Years as a volunteer/Religious Vice-chairman/Religious chairman. Did come across so many appreciations, Happy tears, Disappointments, Discouragement, and sorrow tears. Each and every experience taught me determination, commitment, and positivity towards the Temple/GOD

Taking this opportunity to recall a few things executed

1. Daily: Introduced Dry Fruits Nivadana for Ekantha Seva
2. Tuesday: Introduced 108 Bettel leaves for Hanuman Archana
3. Tuesday: Introduced Practice of giving Pancha and Kumba Harathi at Hanuman Sannidhi
4. Saturday: Garland for Kumba Harathi after Abhishekam & Archana (TTD inspiration)
5. Saturday: Pancha and Kumba Harathi for Ekantha Seva
6. Saturday: Tulasi Mala on Swamivaru feet after Alankaram (Occasinally)
7. Srivaru Sannidhi: Placed Blue color long runner mat for a better look
8. All Sannidhi's: Sitting mattress (Asanam) for Priests
9. Both Temples: Nitya pooja detail boards
10. Both Temples: Floor Runner mattress in the entrances
11. Siva Temple: Water Filter for Siva Temple Priests
12. Daily: Removing the Stickers for the fruits and arrange properly for Nivedana
13. Hanuman Sannidhi:Makara Thornam cloth for Sri Rama Parivaram at the Hanuman Sannidhi
14. Hanuman Sannidhi:Makara Thornam cloth for Hanuman at the Hanuman Sannidhi
15. Srivaru Sannidhi:Silver Bowl for Srivari Sannidhi to offer Prasadam/Abhishekam
16. Sent Regular event updates for 500+ people through WhatsApp
17. Introduced a few volunteers and motivated people to visit the Temple
18. Talk about Temple and share experiences with like-minded people to empower ourselves
19. Saturday: Introduced Cow Milk directly from Farm (Britney) and used Srivaru Abhishekam
20. Purchased/Prepared 3 Racks for 9445 Religious room to organize the items properly

More can be done for the Temple

1. Makara Thornam clothes for all GOD's in the Siva Temple like Sakshi Ganapathi (Red Color cloth)
2. In Ekantha Seva, we use a small cot that has old Bed, Old Pillow & Old Blanket. Need to replace with new ones
3. Silver Bowls for fruits Nivedana at Ammavaru Sannidhi
4. Red paint for Srivaru Tiru namam in the Temple Exit Gate
5. Bigger Project: Makara Thronam for Viswakasena Sannidhi
6. Bigger Project: Makara Thronam for Garuda Sannidhi
